Royal Purple Max-Chain synthetic chain lubricant is a high performance synthetic lubricant that provides excellent protection to chains, open gears, and exposed metal surfaces subject to severe loading. It is easily applied to surfaces by spraying or brushing and does not need frequent application. Max-Chain uses a solvent that evaporates when applied, leaving a dry, wax-like film that effectively minimizes the collection of dust and other airborne contaminants. Recommended for chains or open gears operating in dusty environments, Royal Purple Max-Chain synthetic chain lubricant can lubricate up to 400 degrees F once the solvent has evaporated.
